These Days With My 3 Boys: Tha last week of school is always the best!

I have to back it up a bit, before I talk about the last week of school. We must address the last concert of the school year for Jared, Mr. Anderson, and the rest of the band. Jared's band had some help from the High School band from Timberline. (Mr. Anderson also teaches them). I finally figured out how to work the video on my camera! yea for me it only took me 2 years LOL! Please bear with my shaky hand I had to try to hold still for 15 min. (that is how long the video is). Jared is sitting in the back row toward the center. So with out further ado...Ok it won't work because it is too long. Boo, sorry folks.

On Monday, Jared had a costume contest. They dressed as character from the book they finished reading. The book was Mrs. Freebie, and the Rats of Nihm. Jared dressed up as a crow, named Jeremy. He got the most votes for best costume and won the prise, a stuffed animal, a rat.

It was also Nick's 9th birthday! We did not do much since he got in trouble at school for not behaving in music the week before. Anyway, we just had a small cake for him, and let him open gifts.

Licking that last bit just like his dad LOL! Oh yea, he did not eat the whole thing he split it with Jared, and yes they were both sugared up! It was only an hour till bed time, but a long hour for us lol!

Nicklas got a few awards this year, he got a great attendance, he only missed 2 days of school, and he also got a good attitude award.

The boys also got to have a cartoon day! Where they dress up as their favorite cartoon character. Jared was snake eyes from GI Joe, (it's not his fav but he could only fit into that costume and Nick was Anikin from Clone Wars.

On the last day of school I let Jared take my camera and get some shots of his classmates and teacher. The one above is Jared's Homeroom teacher Mrs. Carter such a great lady!
